If we discover additional issues that affect safety or function, we’ll contact you before proceeding whenever possible.
We service standard, non-electric bicycles, as well as skis and snowboards.
We do not service e-bikes under any circumstances.
This includes electric bicycles, electric conversion kits, batteries, or any related electrical components.
If an e-bike is brought in, we reserve the right to refuse service.
Bikes and snow equipment are mechanical systems that experience wear and stress. While we stand behind our work, you understand that:
It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect their equipment before use and to ride within their ability.
We provide a 7-day workmanship guarantee on labour performed.
This covers issues directly related to our service.
It does not cover:
Parts are covered only under their manufacturer’s warranty (if applicable).
We’ll notify you when your equipment is ready.
We’re a small shop with limited space, so timely pickup is appreciated.
