Workmanship Guarantee
We provide a 7-day workmanship guarantee on labour performed.
If an issue is directly related to our workmanship, we will inspect and correct it at no additional labour charge.
This guarantee does not cover:
- . Normal wear and tear
- . Crashes or misuse
- . Pre-existing damage
- . Worn or failing components unrelated to our work
Important Service Notes
- . We do not service e-bikes of any kind.
- . Customers must inspect equipment before use.
- . Equipment must be picked up within 30 days of completion to avoid storage fees.
Dispute Resolution
If a concern arises, the customer agrees to first contact Commuters Repair Shop directly and allow us a reasonable opportunity to inspect the equipment and address the issue.
Any dispute relating to services provided shall:
- . Be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable Canadian law.
- . Be resolved exclusively in the Province of Ontario.
- . Be limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Commuters Repair Shop shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
